Who we are

This site is run by the Kaleidoscope Lab at Imperial College London. For any question about how we handle your data, contact us at lab@digital-kaleidoscope.org.

What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking. We only receive data you choose to give us directly — for example, if you sign up on our Stay in Touch page, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and answers to the interest questions on that form.

Mailing list

Signups are confirmed via a double opt-in email before you're added to any list, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Ticking a box to say you might be interested in taking part in a study does not enrol you in anything — it just lets us follow up with you about it later, entirely optionally.

Research studies

If you take part in one of our research studies, that involves its own separate, detailed consent process at the time you join — this notice covers the website only, not study participation.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing lab@digital-kaleidoscope.org. You can also unsubscribe from any mailing list directly via the link in any email we send.
